Starting January 1st, 2026, we’re updating our loyalty Fam Points system.

Earning:
• 1 point per $1 (same)

New redemption rates:
• Standard → 2% back
• Optional Membership ($8.99/mo) → 5% back

Important:
Any Fam Points already in your account on January 1st will follow the new 2% standard redemption rate, unless you join the membership to unlock the 5%.

Why we’re updating the system

We’re updating the Fam Points system so we can keep everything running strong — the daily breaks, the giveaways, the great shipping, the whole Collect540 experience you guys know and love.

You still earn the same points — nothing changes there.
The only difference is the redeem value: 2% standard, or 5% with the new $8.99 membership if you want that extra value.

We’re sharing this early so the Fam has plenty of time to get ready before the new system starts.
