SHIPPING POLICY (Effective June 1st, 2026)

We are proud to continue offering free shipping on eligible orders while keeping our shipping process simple and efficient.

Shipping Schedule

• All Collect540 website orders and eBay Live orders are shipped every Monday.

• Orders placed throughout the week may be combined into a single shipment whenever possible.

• Customers who purchase through both Collect540 and eBay Live may have their orders consolidated into one package at our discretion.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged using a combination of card sleeves, top loaders, team bags, rigid cardboard, bubble mailers, and boxes when required.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Collect540 is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders may be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Chit Chats, or other carriers.

Not all shipments include tracking. Letter mail may be used when appropriate.

If tracking is provided, customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Carrier Delays

Collect540 is not responsible for delays caused by weather, labor disruptions, customs processing, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. While we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
