New Shipping Disclaimer (As of March 31st, 2025)
We are excited to keep offering you free shipping! To continue doing so efficiently, we have updated our shipping schedule:
• Website (Standard Orders): Orders will now be accumulated over two weeks and shipped every second Monday.
• eBay (Breaks & Purchases): These will continue to be shipped every Monday. Website orders will be bundled up and shipped with your eBay order.
• Website (Sealed Products): These will be shipped on the closest Monday along with all other orders.
This change helps us minimize the total number of packages we entrust to Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, and Chit Chats.
Packaging: All orders will be securely packaged with a combination of card sleeves, top loaders, team bags, rigid cardboard and/or bubble mailer. Orders with a substantial amount of cards will be shipped within a box.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time: Your order is not guaranteed to be tracked. First option will be Via Letter mail. If your order was shipped with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays: Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, and we encourage you to contact the carrier directly for updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you.
